This agreement is between Azalea Studios LLC ("Producer") and the purchaser ("Buyer") for the specific beat and license tier purchased. Producer retains ownership of the underlying composition and master recording except where a tier explicitly states otherwise. This is a standard, plain-language lease template; it is not a substitute for independent legal advice if you need something more tailored to your situation.
Beats on this site are currently marketed under the producer name $eanBoy. Azalea Studios LLC is the legal producer and business behind them.
Under every tier except Exclusive, Producer retains all ownership of the composition and master recording. Buyer receives a license to use the beat within the terms of the tier purchased, not ownership of the beat itself. Under the Exclusive tier, Buyer receives exclusive rights to the master recording and Producer will not license or sell the beat to anyone else going forward; Producer retains songwriter/composition credit for royalty and registration purposes.
Buyer agrees to credit "Prod. $eanBoy" in the title or metadata of any released track using a licensed beat, on all tiers including Exclusive.
If a release under a Standard or Premium license grows past that tier's distribution or streaming cap, Buyer agrees to upgrade to a higher tier. Reach out to azaleastudios727@gmail.com and we'll sort out the difference, no hard feelings, that's a good problem to have.
Premium, Unlimited, and Exclusive licenses include trackout stems. MP3 and WAV files deliver automatically after purchase; stems are sent directly by Azalea Studios by email within 48 hours.
Digital delivery is final; because the files are downloadable immediately, we don't offer refunds once a license has been delivered. If something's actually wrong on our end (wrong file, corrupted download, duplicate charge), email us and we'll make it right.
